"First of all. It's odd that the price if this unit is 3x the price of other and there is absolutely nothing special about them to justify the price difference. This is their solution to video loss. The real answer appears to be insufficient amperage to power the lights and dvr. Don't waste you time on this. I told them it was not the answer and bought it for the 30 day return period, but in the end you paid for shipping to them that you dont get that money back. Better off buying a cheaper one to power just the dvr and use the old one, or another one to power the cameras. Still cost half as much."

I have a $20 Amazon 4-in-1 power adapter that seems to create lines in the video that are not there when the cameras are plugged in individually with the power supply included with the camera. Will your higher quality $99, 4-in-1 adapter correct this issue?

Is the power plug 5.5/2.1 mm?
The plug diameter for all our analog cameras is exactly the same, so if you are looking for a power adapter for old or new analog cameras, this one will work perfectly, as it handles 12V2A output power to turn on 4 cameras at the same time.
