Great cameras, But...

"Great cameras, but unfortunately they don't recognize merged Wi-Fi signals of newest modem-routers. This force us to split the signal in order for the amera to connect to Wi-Fi. Then there's the issue of the WPA-2 only protocol. So if your router does not support WPA-2, the camera will not connect via Wi-Fi and you will have to use an Ethernet cable to activate and use the camera."

"Everything is good except for loosing connection with that app every 2 or 3 days. It has to be unplugged wait 5 seconds and plugging back and will start working again. I'm not sure if is the app or cam that has an issues. Other than that Everything works good."

"2 of 3 cameras purchased directly from Lorex could not be made to work out of the box. One was paired to another customer, while yhe second one didn't want to compleye yhe network setup process. Customer service hours coincide with my own work hours, so and i'll need to contact Lorex on my next day off to hopefully get them working. The PTZ camera worked like a charm right away."

Surprising 2K camera

"I am very happy with my purchase of this camera. I have it mounted on my garage facing the house and driveway. My setup is through wi-fi since the garage was too far from the house to use ethernet cable. I downloaded the app to my phone and setup the camera before mounting it on the garage. Everything worked so easy, I was amazed. After I mounted it on the garage and plugged in the power, I started walking around in front of it. It picks up car movement on my driveway about 175 feet away and follows the vehicle as it approaches. Once everything stops moving, it returns to the position which I had set for the observation point. I get a push message about 30-45 sec after any movement. This is a very good camera for the price and the pan, tilt and zoom controls on the app work great. There is a little lag, but not enough to be bothersome. The zoom is strong enough to see faces and license plates which is exceptional for a 2K camera. I would highly recommend this."

Hello, I hooked up the

"Hello, I hooked up the camera like the other 2 I have. They are bullet cameras. This new 2k Pan Tilt wi-fi camera was bought to be able to pan/tilt 360. I cannot get the pan/tilt control feature to work on the app. I have rebooted the NVR and reset the camera. When I try to click on the pan/tilt control it says "only available for PTZ cameras" this camera is supposed to be a pan/tilt so I need to know how to resolve this issue. Please respond thanks"

Is there a solar panel available for this camera? I don’t have power where I want to use it.

What is the motion sensor range in daylight?
The effective range is 25 ft. Please keep in mind that the motion detection distance will depend on the sensitivity and detection area you set on the camera, as well as the height and angle.
