Night vision problems

"Works during the day - doesn't work at all at night, even after talking with tech support. Both v3 and v5 gave me issues. I'm not looking to use the V-style cameras. Bring back the classic cameras' smart deterrence with the 2 white lights. They worked great at night and during the day! Diana Ferreira"
