"very poor customer service. Gives you the run around on returns even though you are within the return limits. cameras have good quality pics we are just having difficulty setting them up. Inside cameras are not a camera to buy and require a lesser quality app. The two apps (inside and outside camera apps) are not working well and seem to compete with each other. customer service has no answers"

Customer support sucks. They don’t

"Customer support sucks. They don’t speak very good English. And the connection is terrible. I can hear their AI automation perfect but once it connects, I cannot hear or understand the support agent. The last support agent told me hang up and call back. As far as the device nothing special. The new software sucks. I hate the fact that I have to use this great big password just to log into my own device. The port agent told me it’s for my security. They have no idea what I’m doing with my cameras."

New NVR

"I use the App to monitor my cameras and replaced my older 2TB NVR with this model. The live playing of nine cameras works much better than the old NVR/App combo. . . playback is still quite clunky if I am trying to search for a particular event. I have found the NEST camera/app works much better to scroll through to find a specific event, so maybe take a look at what they do and work to get the user interface for paybacks simpler."

"We have use lorex NVR's for at least 15 year. Upgraded to latest model to manage more cameras. Works find. User manual is inaccurate, or incomplete. FAQs are poor substitute. Trial and error is best path to get things running. I bet there is more functionality untapped/hidden inside. I used other smaller and cheaper system for parents house. They are easier to use."

"I've installed several systems and this was just as easy as the first one I ever installed years ago. The lorex pro app does take some. getting used to with a new look and some new features but nothing you cant figure out within a few minutes scrolling through the screens, the set up is still a simple step by step opening screen. The client loves the clarity of the new cameras compared to their old system."

Can this NVR support 18TB hard drives?
Actually, while each individual bay supports a maximum of 16TB, this NVR features two bays. By installing a 16TB drive in each, you achieve a total storage capacity of 32TB.
My POE cameras are not recognized by the NVR. Camera model is:ENS HNC3IV381TM-IRAS-28 How to fix?
