"The doorbell worked after getting a replacement, as the original obviously had issues that prevented it from accessing the network, recording, or even ringing the doorbell. Technical Support was very difficult to work with as there was a huge language barrier. I became so frustrated, I simply asked for a refund, which was granted. In the meantime, the replacement doorbell was received. (I did pay for the replacement. ) So I installed it and had no issues and was glad I did not have to contact technical support. I really wish I had not installed a Lorex system as I am having constant connection problems and the system does not do what I want it to do."
