Some Lorex products and services offer recurring subscriptions (each, a “Subscription”) that provide access to features such as cloud video storage or premium services. Subscriptions may be available on a monthly or annual basis (each a “Subscription Period”) and are subject to a recurring fee (the “Fee”) displayed at the time of enrollment.
By subscribing, you agree that your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with this policy.
The Fee (plus any applicable taxes) will be charged to your selected payment method at the start of each Subscription Period and will automatically renew unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period.
a. Subscriptions Purchased through the Apple App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device or visiting https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
Refunds for Apple purchases must be requested directly from Apple. Lorex cannot issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.
b. Subscriptions Purchased through Google Play
Payment is processed through your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by visiting Google Play > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions .
Refunds for Google Play purchases must be requested through Google Play. Lorex cannot process refunds for subscriptions purchased via Google Play.
c. Subscriptions Purchased Directly from Lorex
If you subscribe directly through the Lorex Cloud website or portal (not via the App Store or Google Play), the Fee will be automatically charged using your designated payment method (e.g., credit card or debit). You may manage or cancel your subscription by visiting https://cloud.lorex.com and following the cancellation steps.
Lorex may change the subscription Fee periodically. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new Fee, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google, price change notifications and renewals will follow the respective store’s policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your Lorex Cloud recordings and features until the end of your current Subscription Period.
Once your Subscription Period expires, your access to cloud recordings and stored content will cease. Please download any desired recordings before the end of your subscription.
Returning a device does not automatically cancel your associated subscription. To stop recurring billing, you must manually cancel your subscription using one of the following:
Apple: through Apple ID Account Settings
Google: through Google Play Subscriptions
Lorex Web: through https://cloud.lorex.com
Failure to cancel your subscription separately from the device return process may result in continued billing.
Multi-camera plans allow up to ten (10) devices per household. The maximum storage per device is seventy (70) gigabytes per month. Lorex reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if your usage exceeds these limits or violates the Terms of Service.
Refunds depend on the platform used for your subscription:
Apple App Store: Managed and processed by Apple. See Apple Support.
Google Play Store: Managed and processed by Google. See Google Play Refund Policy.
Lorex Cloud Website: Subject to Lorex’s refund policy at https://www.lorex.com.
