These Rewards Program Terms ("Rewards Terms") govern participation in Lorex Rewards and Lorex Partner Rewards, including the earning, redemption, expiration, adjustment, and administration of points, rewards, and related loyalty benefits.

These Rewards Terms apply to:

  1. Lorex Rewards — the customer loyalty program available through Lorex.com and Lorex.ca; and
  2. Lorex Partner Rewards — the business loyalty program available to approved Lorex Partner Program accounts through pro.lorex.com.

To participate in, earn, or redeem points under a rewards program, you must expressly agree to these Rewards Terms through the opt-in, activation, or acceptance method made available by Lorex. This may include activating rewards at checkout, through a rewards dashboard or widget, or, for Lorex Partner Rewards, through https://pro.lorex.com/pages/my-account-manager or another applicable account page made available by Lorex.

By expressly accepting these Rewards Terms and activating participation, you agree to these Rewards Terms, the applicable Lorex website terms, the Lorex Privacy Policy, and any additional program rules provided by Lorex.

1. Program Overview

Lorex offers rewards programs to provide eligible customers and approved business partners with points that may be redeemed toward future eligible purchases.

The programs are promotional loyalty programs only. Points are not cash, property, stored value, gift cards, legal tender, or vested rights.

Lorex may use Yotpo or another third-party loyalty platform to administer points, rewards, tiers, redemptions, expiration notices, emails, reporting, and related loyalty features.

2. Program Types

2.1 Lorex Rewards — Consumer Program

Lorex Rewards is available to eligible customers who create an account or make eligible purchases through Lorex.com or Lorex.ca.

Lorex Rewards is intended for personal, household, or consumer purchases made directly through Lorex.com or Lorex.ca.

Purchases made through third-party retailers, distributors, marketplaces, resellers, or unauthorized channels are not eligible for Lorex Rewards points.

2.2 Lorex Partner Rewards — Business Program

Lorex Partner Rewards is available only to approved Lorex Partner Program accounts in good standing through pro.lorex.com.

Lorex Partner Rewards is intended for legitimate business customers, professional installers, integrators, resellers, corporate purchasers, nonprofit organizations, and other approved commercial or organizational users accepted by Lorex.

Non-business customers should purchase through Lorex.com or Lorex.ca instead of pro.lorex.com.

Lorex may deny, suspend, or remove access to Lorex Partner Rewards if an account is not eligible, is not in good standing, provides inaccurate information, violates Lorex policies, abuses the program, or acts inconsistently with the purpose of the program.

3. Eligibility

Eligibility may vary by program, website, region, account type, purchase type, and account standing.

Lorex may require customers or partners to provide accurate account information, including name, email address, business information, contact details, or other information required to validate eligibility.

Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity associated with their account.

Lorex may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation in either rewards program at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. Customer Acceptance and Consent

Participants must expressly accept the current Rewards Terms before earning points, redeeming points, continuing participation, or accessing certain rewards features where acceptance is required by Lorex.

Acceptance may occur during account registration, program enrollment, checkout, redemption, rewards dashboard access, through a Yotpo activation or opt-in tool, through https://pro.lorex.com/pages/my-account-manager for Lorex Partner Rewards, or through another method made available by Lorex.

Where Lorex uses a third-party loyalty platform, such as Yotpo, participants acknowledge that Lorex may share information required to administer the rewards program, including account, order, rewards, and redemption information, subject to the Lorex Privacy Policy.

Participants may also be asked to consent to marketing communications separately. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent Lorex from sending transactional, legal, account, program, order, rewards, expiration, or service-related communications where permitted by law.

5. Earning Points — Lorex Rewards

Lorex Rewards members may earn points through eligible activities made available by Lorex from time to time, which may include:

  • Making eligible purchases
  • Creating a Lorex.com or Lorex.ca account
  • Signing up for email or SMS communications
  • Following Lorex on social media
  • Leaving eligible reviews
  • Uploading eligible photos or videos
  • Completing eligible surveys or activities
  • Birthday, anniversary, referral, or other promotional rewards

Unless otherwise stated, Lorex Rewards members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible online purchases.

Unless otherwise stated, 100 points = $1 in promotional reward value.

Certain activities may be subject to limits, frequency caps, verification, or other requirements displayed in the rewards dashboard or communicated by Lorex.

6. Earning Points — Lorex Partner Rewards

Lorex Partner Rewards participants earn points based on eligible net sales made through an approved pro.lorex.com account.

Unless otherwise stated, the current Lorex Partner Rewards structure is:

Platinum $50,000+ 3% back

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Silver earns 1 point per $1 = 1% back
  • Gold earns 2 points per $1 = 2% back
  • Platinum earns 3 points per $1 = 3% back
  • 100 points = $1 in promotional reward value

Tier qualification may be based on rolling 12-month eligible net sales, account status, program rules, system processing, and Lorex validation.

Lorex may update tier thresholds, earn rates, redemption values, earning methods, and benefits at any time, subject to applicable law.

7. Eligible Purchases and Exclusions

Points are earned only on eligible purchases made directly through the applicable Lorex website or approved account.

Unless otherwise stated, points are calculated after discounts and exclude:

  • Taxes
  • Shipping
  • Duties
  • Fees
  • Eco fees
  • Financing fees
  • Store credits
  • Gift cards
  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Cancelled orders
  • Chargebacks
  • Warranty replacements
  • Marketplace purchases
  • Unauthorized resale activity
  • Third-party retailer, distributor, or reseller purchases
  • Any other excluded products, services, amounts, or transactions determined by Lorex

Purchases made using store credit, gift cards, or other excluded payment methods may not be eligible for points.

Some products, promotional SKUs, pre-order items, new launches, services, bundles, or other offers may be excluded from point earning or redemption at Lorex’s discretion.

8. Account-Level Tracking

Points, rewards, tier status, eligible spend, and redemption activity are tracked by the individual account and email address associated with the applicable Lorex account.

For Lorex Partner Rewards, points, rewards, tiers, and spend are tied to the approved pro.lorex.com email/account.

A company may have multiple approved users or accounts; however, points, rewards, spend, and tier progress are not automatically combined across multiple emails or accounts.

Points, rewards, tiers, and spend cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, inherited, pooled, combined, or consolidated across accounts, even where accounts share the same company name, email domain, business address, billing address, shipping address, ownership group, or business relationship.

Any exception for Lorex Partner Rewards must be approved in writing by authorized Lorex B2B or Sales Leadership.

9. Pending Points and Activation

Points may be issued in a pending status before they become active or redeemable.

Lorex may delay, hold, reverse, cancel, or adjust points until payment is confirmed, the order is processed or shipped, the order is fulfilled or delivered, the order is validated, the applicable return period has passed, any chargeback window has closed, and any fraud, cancellation, return, refund, or account review is complete.

Pending points may not be available for redemption.

Lorex reserves the right not to activate pending points where an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, charged back, deemed ineligible, associated with fraud, or otherwise inconsistent with these Rewards Terms.

10. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed only through redemption methods made available by Lorex, including a rewards dashboard, checkout redemption field, Yotpo loyalty widget, or another redemption method made available by Lorex.

Participants may choose how many available points they wish to redeem, subject to system availability, checkout rules, account standing, product eligibility, redemption limits, and any restrictions displayed at checkout.

Points may be used to reduce the purchase price of eligible products where redemption is made available.

Points may not be used to pay taxes, shipping, duties, eco fees, financing fees, or other excluded charges unless expressly permitted by Lorex.

Points are promotional only. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, gift cards, or stored value.

11. Promotions, Coupons, and Stacking

Points may be used with automatic promotions where permitted by Lorex’s checkout system.

Points may not be combined with coupon codes, manual discount codes, promotional codes, or other restricted offers unless expressly permitted by Lorex.

Lorex may modify redemption rules, promotion stacking rules, eligible products, excluded products, redemption limits, or checkout behavior at any time, subject to applicable law.

12. Referrals and Bonus Points

Lorex may offer referral rewards, bonus points, promotional points, birthday rewards, anniversary rewards, review rewards, social media rewards, account creation rewards, or other promotional earning opportunities from time to time.

Referral rewards and bonus points may be subject to additional terms, minimum purchase requirements, approval, verification, fraud review, limits per customer, limits per account, expiration rules, and other restrictions.

Lorex may deny, reverse, or remove referral rewards, bonus points, or promotional points associated with duplicate accounts, ineligible activity, self-referrals, false information, suspected fraud, misuse, or attempts to manipulate the program.

13. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

If an order that earned points is returned, refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise adjusted, Lorex may reverse, deduct, cancel, or recalculate the associated points.

If points were redeemed on an order that is later returned, refunded, cancelled, or adjusted, Lorex may return the redeemed points, reduce the refund amount, apply a proportional adjustment, cancel the redeemed reward, or take another action consistent with Lorex policy and applicable law.

Where an order was paid using both cash and points, refunds and point returns may be applied proportionally.

Lorex may place an account into a negative point balance if points are reversed after redemption or if a return, refund, cancellation, or adjustment occurs.

14. Point Expiration

Subject to applicable law, points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

“Inactivity” means there has been no eligible point-earning purchase and no eligible point redemption during the applicable period.

Lorex may send expiration warning notices before points expire, including 60-day and 30-day warning emails where supported by the loyalty platform or required by law.

Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and monitoring their account, point balance, point status, and program communications.

Expired points cannot be redeemed, reinstated, transferred, or exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law or approved by Lorex in writing.

15. Canada and Quebec

For Canadian participants, point expiration, notices, language requirements, program communications, and other loyalty rules may be subject to additional legal requirements.

Lorex may delay, limit, modify, or separately configure the Rewards Program in Canada or Quebec until applicable legal, language, notice, operational, and compliance requirements are confirmed.

16. Missing, Delayed, or Incorrect Points

Participants are responsible for reviewing their account and point activity.

Any claim regarding missing, delayed, incorrect, or disputed points must be submitted to Lorex within 60 days of the applicable order date or point activity date.

Lorex may require proof of purchase, account information, order details, or other documentation before reviewing any claim.

Lorex’s good-faith determination of point eligibility, balance, adjustment, or dispute resolution will be final, subject to applicable law.

17. Shop Pay and Third-Party Checkout Limitations

Rewards may not be available or properly connected when a participant uses third-party checkout experiences, accelerated checkout tools, wallet-based checkout, or login methods that do not connect to the participant’s Lorex account.

To earn or redeem points, participants may be required to log in directly using the email address and credentials associated with their Lorex account.

Lorex is not responsible for points that are not earned or redeemed because a participant used an unsupported login, checkout method, payment flow, or account email.

18. Error Correction

Lorex reserves the right to correct, reverse, delay, cancel, or adjust points, rewards, tiers, balances, discounts, redemptions, account status, or loyalty activity resulting from system errors, pricing errors, integration errors, data errors, incorrect account activity, fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, unauthorized resale, or any other activity inconsistent with these Rewards Terms.

If corrective action is required after points have been issued or redeemed, Lorex may adjust the participant’s points balance, place the account into a negative points balance where supported, reduce or withhold future rewards, reverse equivalent rewards, adjust any related refund or credit, suspend further redemption, or take another reasonable account-level action consistent with Lorex policy and applicable law.

19. Program Abuse

Lorex may suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in a rewards program if Lorex determines that a participant has abused or attempted to abuse the program.

Abuse may include, but is not limited to, creating duplicate accounts, attempting to pool or transfer points, attempting to consolidate points across accounts, providing false or misleading information, misusing returns or warranty policies, engaging in unauthorized marketplace resale, attempting to manipulate tiers or rewards, using the program in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or harassing or threatening Lorex employees or representatives.

If abuse is identified, Lorex may reverse points, cancel rewards, downgrade tiers, remove benefits, deny returns, deny warranty benefits, suspend account access, or terminate participation.

20. Tax Responsibility

Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other charges that may result from earning, redeeming, expiring, reversing, or adjusting points or rewards, except where Lorex is required by law to collect or remit tax.

Lorex may modify redemption, invoicing, tax calculation, or checkout treatment based on applicable tax rules, system requirements, or guidance from tax compliance providers.

21. Third-Party Loyalty Platform

Lorex may use Yotpo or another third-party loyalty platform to administer points, rewards, tiers, redemptions, expiration notices, emails, reporting, or related loyalty features.

Third-party platforms may be subject to technical limitations, processing delays, data-sync timing, service outages, configuration limits, or separate terms and policies.

Lorex is not responsible for delays, errors, outages, or limitations caused by third-party platforms, but Lorex may take reasonable steps to correct account or point issues where appropriate.

22. Privacy

Participation in Lorex Rewards and Lorex Partner Rewards is subject to the Lorex Privacy Policy.

Lorex may collect, use, disclose, and process account information, purchase information, rewards activity, redemption information, communications preferences, and related data to administer the rewards programs, provide rewards, prevent fraud, support customers, analyze program performance, and comply with applicable law.

Where required, Lorex may request additional consent for marketing communications, SMS communications, or third-party loyalty platform processing.

23. Program Changes, Suspension, or Termination

Lorex may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or terminate any rewards program at any time, subject to applicable law.

This includes changes to earning rates, redemption rates, point values, tier thresholds, tier benefits, eligible actions, expiration rules, eligibility rules, redemption methods, available rewards, and program availability by region.

Where required by law, Lorex may provide notice of material changes.

Continued participation after changes are posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Rewards Terms.

24. No Cash Value or Property Rights

Points and rewards are promotional only.

Points do not constitute property, do not create a vested right or interest, and have no cash value.

Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, assigned, inherited, pooled, combined, or used outside the methods approved by Lorex.

Any attempted sale, transfer, assignment, or unauthorized use of points is void.

25. Final Authority

Lorex has sole discretion to administer, interpret, enforce, modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programs, subject to applicable law.

Lorex has sole discretion to determine eligibility, account status, tier status, point balances, redemption eligibility, reward availability, adjustments, disputes, exceptions, and enforcement actions.

Any exception to Lorex Partner Rewards must be approved in writing by authorized Lorex B2B or Sales Leadership.

Account managers, sales representatives, support agents, and other Lorex personnel are not authorized to approve exceptions unless approved in writing by authorized Lorex B2B or Sales Leadership.

For legal notices or formal disputes, participants must follow the notice process set out in the applicable Lorex website terms and conditions.
