Missing Cable

"Box was opened and torn during shipping. 1 of 4 cables missing. I returned the 3 cables, included pictures and note of what happened. I did not hear anything for a month from lorex. i signed into account to see that return was received but denied. I spent 170$ on something i do not have, and Lorex is not responding to me. i do not recommend this company. Buy REOLINK instead, great customer service."

These Premium 4K RG59 cables

"These Premium 4K RG59 cables list as an extension. They are not exactly an extension. They are simply longer. You cannot plug the original ends from the camera into them and then plug not the DVR- its not a fit- hence they are not extensions. They are also not 100 ft. They are 120 ft. As I said, misleading, but worked. I was able to run these wires from the cameras to the DVR- whereas with the shorter 60' wires- I wouldn't have made it. Set of four was worth the money!"
